As most of you already know, we turned away a Zergadin last night for the HM KP Ops. This is a positive thing for the guild, a bummer for Revaki who had to sit out. What do we do about that?
The officers would like to run 16 man Ops. Another option is to have a Second Operations group. If you are willing to lead it, step up to the plate.
Bringing in new members is not a commercial fishing system like many other guilds. They cast wide nets, scooping up whatever trash they get. We are sport fishermen that drink margaritas on the deck of The Desire. While doing our thing, we might spot a Trophy of a potential member. The officer’s specifically target said prize, showcasing what it’s like to be a Zergadin. One hook is cast. It’s up the the fish to bite or not.
